Who this is for

Support for adults, couples, families, teens, and groups

Adults

One-on-one support for the things that shape daily life: grief, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, and questions of meaning. We work at your pace, drawing on your existing strengths.

Couples

A space for partners to slow down a repeating conflict, rebuild trust, and reconnect, whether you're facing a specific rupture or a slow drift apart.

Families

Room for family members to be heard, work through conflict, and find steadier ways of relating, whether you're navigating a transition, a rupture, or long-standing patterns.

Adolescents (14+)

A steady, non-judgmental space for teens navigating identity, family, school, and the ordinary overwhelm of growing up.

Groups

Group therapy is offered from time to time on a rotating basis. Reach out and I'll share what's currently running, availability, and rates.

Good to know

Telehealth

Sessions are available by secure video for clients anywhere in California, so you can meet from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable. In-person sessions are held at my San Francisco office in the Hobart Building.

Insurance & payment

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients with out-of-network benefits are reimbursed for a portion of their sessions, and I'm glad to provide a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt) you can submit to your insurer.

To find out what you may be reimbursed, it can help to ask your plan: Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits? What is my deductible, and how much is reimbursed per session?
